Our online programmes are designed to support the individual in their role. The learning is flexible, not rigid; collaborative, not isolated; contextual, not abstract. In short, we provide the framework, with the needs of the participants shaping the nature of the workshop discussions based on your learning needs.

The learning facilitators model good practice for you based on their experiences as both educationalists and in creating and supporting some of the biggest and most successful online environments, (e.g. Talking Heads, Virtual Heads & IDeA communities).

In collaborating online, a variety of appropriate tools and processes are used in combination to provide a rich working and learning environment. You will be encouraged to creatively explore with us how these can be used to empower you and your organisation.

Course currently running include: "Online Facilitation" and "The Patchwork Course - Innovation in assessment". We also create bespoke courses for those who require context specific modules.
