National Archive of Educational ComputingThe UK National Archive of Educational Computing documents the development of learning technology through its invention, application, organisations and people over the last half century. Key collections include Richard Fothergill's personal archive, The Computers in the Curriculum Project, The National Interactive Video Centre and Ultralab. The Specialist Schools & Academies Trust - Evaluation of the ICT RegisterCore Education used telephone interviews and desk research to create an evaluation report on this innovative scheme to share expertise between schools about ICT issues. OU Vital – a joint project with Open University and eSkillsThe Open University (OU), in conjunction with eSkills, have recently won a large government bid to set up ICT professional development provision for all state registered schools across England. As part of that work, Core Education were asked to take responsibility for the Innovation Strand of work. This project aims to provide materials which are cross-disciplinary in application and which, through collaborative pedagogy and innovative assessment processes, supported by Web 2.0 online community working, induct staff into the power of collaboration and the re-purposing of OERs.
